No Returns or Exchanges
- All purchases made through Luxury Tag Fashion are final.

We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons including:
- Change of mind
- Personal preference
- Incorrect selection by the customer
- Size, style, or colour preference
- Gift-related purchases
We kindly request customers to review product descriptions, specifications, and images carefully before placing an order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a product that is:
- Damaged during transit,
- Defective upon delivery, or
- Different from the item ordered,
please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery.
To help us process your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the outer packaging
- A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the sealed package is opened, without any cuts or edits
Claims submitted without a complete, uninterrupted unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
After verification, if the claim is found to be genuine, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund at our sole discretion.
Order Cancellation
Orders may only be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
